Rebecca has always been passionate about movement and well-being. Drawn to gymnastics and cheerleading in her youth, she later channeled that energy into becoming a 200 hour RYT with Yoga Alliance by certification from Satyasvapna Yoga School. She is currently working on continued education in adjustments and assists. With a professional background in HR and Customer Service Management, Rebecca brings a deep commitment to community-building and a welcoming, inclusive environment. She is a busy mom of 3 who understands the importance of balance and connection in life. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys cooking for family and friends, traveling, and savoring a good cup of coffee anytime, anywhere. Her ultimate goal is to live by the water one day, continuing to pursue her love for both adventure and tranquility.

Kristi is a graduate of Lexington Healing Arts with a RYS 200 Yoga Teacher Training Certification. Kristi began practicing yoga as a child with her mother. Her practice continued to develop in college and beyond with additional yoga educational courses and classes. Kristi spent most of her professional career as a busy executive putting her yoga practice on hold for about 10 years. After the passing of her mother she felt called to reconnect to her practice of yoga and learn to live again in the moment. Becoming a Yoga teacher has allowed her to grow personally and to share the gift of yoga with others by encouraging the personal connection of mind, body and spirit. Kristi enjoys teaching various yoga styles such as Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa slow flow. Kristi has special interest in the incorporation of sound vibrations and breath work into her yoga classes to promote calmness, healing and energy balancing in the body.

Her favorite styles to teach are yoga and barre. When Amanda isn't teaching, she enjoys writing and playing music with her band, Wicked Peace, and travelling.

During her youth she was introduced to Yoga and Pilates, which sparked an interest in teaching. She teaches a variety of styles with the intention of taking that introspective work off the mat. Monika is a Balanced Body Comprehensive Pilates Teacher, a 500 hour RYT and RPYT with Yoga Alliance, as well as Barre certified. When she's not teaching, you can find her spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors, and creating chef driven meals and baked goods.

Kayla has always been passionate about staying active, beginning as a gymnast and later transitioning to coaching during high school and college. Her love for yoga began at a local YMCA, where she was drawn not only to the physical benefits but also to the stress relief and sense of calm it provided. After deepening her practice at a local studio and regaining strength and flexibility, she decided to pursue yoga teaching, becoming a certified instructor in 2017 through Solid Roots Yoga. Kayla’s classes are thoughtfully designed to foster balance both on and off the mat, focusing on stability, mobility, and mindful movement. Outside of yoga, she’s a dedicated business and marketing teacher at Jessamine Career and Technology Center. She loves spending time with her husband, their two kids, traveling, and listening to folk/indie music.
